Registered Behavior Technician, Sign On Bonus

Behavior technicians will provide one-On-One specialized treatment to children on the autism spectrum by implementing behavioral plans designed by a board certified behavior analyst. Responsibilities also include collecting data to monitor treatment effectiveness and supporting the bcba in training families on plan implementation.

Candidates must possess current/Active rbt certification and access to reliable transportation, along with a minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent. Experience working with children with asd is preferred, but not required.
