Residential Advisor - On-Call

This on-Call paraprofessional position supports the orderly operation of the dormitory program by providing substitute residential advisor services, ensuring clean living conditions, and supervising student activities and areas. Responsibilities include identifying and assisting students with problems, maintaining staff communication, and enforcing program rules and safety standards.

Candidates must have a high school diploma or equivalent, with an associate's degree in a human services field preferred, and a minimum of one year of experience working with youth. Essential qualifications include proficiency with microsoft office applications, basic computer literacy, strong interpersonal and communication skills, and the ability to provide guidance and support to students.
