School Social Worker

The role involves providing social casework services to individuals and families receiving nursing or therapy services, which includes preparing social histories to guide service determination or changes. Responsibilities also cover assessing family financial situations, referring families for financial assistance, and referring patients to community agencies with follow-Up.

Candidates must be graduates of an accredited social work program and hold a current, active state social work license, accepting lcsw, lmsw, lcsw-C, or licsw. A minimum of 1 to 5 years of experience working with young children and their families is required, along with current bls certification.
