Core responsibilities
The registered behavior technician will conduct one-On-One aba therapy sessions for early learners and young adults with autism, implementing individualized treatment and behavioral intervention plans for clients aged 2 to 21. Responsibilities also include participating in training, meetings, client observations, receiving supervision, and maintaining accurate daily data entry for all targeted programs.
Requirements summary
Candidates should ideally have 6 months of aba therapist experience or 1 year working with children with disabilities/Autism, though this is preferred, not required. Essential requirements include a high school degree, excellent communication skills, a reliable car and driver's license for clinic commuting, and the ability to pass a background check.
