Summer Credit Recovery Coordinator

The coordinator is responsible for all aspects of the credit recovery program, including preparing the program, monitoring scholar progress toward credit recovery, and coordinating necessary supports with educators. This involves systematic communication with stakeholders and ensuring all administrative tasks, such as registration and progress reporting, are completed.

Candidates must possess teacher or school counselor certification along with excellent written and verbal communication and organizational skills to meet various deadlines. Mandatory requirements include several background checks (Tb test, act 34, act 114 fbi, act 151 child abuse), mandated reporter training, and act 168 disclosure.
