Lactation Consultant IBCLC - Hughes Spalding Inpatient/Outpatient

The lactation consultant participates as an interdisciplinary team member to provide lactation services and education to meet the needs of patients. Responsibilities include developing breastfeeding plans, evaluating lactation progress, and implementing educational programs for staff and patients.

Candidates should have experience in pediatric populations and a bachelor of science in dietetics, education, nursing, or a related field. Certification as an international board certified lactation consultant (Ibclc) is required.
