Summer Program Assistants- YEP- MEMBERS ONLY

The summer program assistant will be responsible for fostering a welcoming and supportive environment for youth, encouraging participation, and guiding members in understanding programs and safety expectations. This role also involves assisting with program delivery, communicating plans, observing activities, and maintaining attendance records.

Candidates should preferably have experience working with youth through volunteering, school, or work, coupled with strong communication and interpersonal skills. The role requires the ability to follow instructions, work independently, and participate in physical activities such as standing for extended periods and lifting objects over 25 lbs.
