Residential Counselor (4655)

The residential counselor is responsible for developing and implementing individual support plans (Isps) and providing direct care and support to residents. This includes assisting with personal care, implementing behavior plans, and supporting community-Based activities.

Candidates should have a ged or equivalent and experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities is preferred. Successful completion of various state and agency-Mandated training is required within specified timeframes.
