Direct Care Professional

The role involves actively assisting individuals with daily living plans, ensuring their safety, health, and a clean environment, while also planning, implementing, and documenting programs to meet social, emotional, physical, and personal needs. Responsibilities also include planning community outings, transporting individuals to appointments, and mentoring other staff through observations and feedback.

Candidates must possess either a bachelor's degree in psychology, sociology, social work, education, or a related field, or a high school diploma coupled with 12 years of relevant human service experience. Previous experience working with individuals under 21 with complex psychological, emotional, behavioral, or autism spectrum disorders is preferred but not required.
