Habilitation Counselor

The habilitation counselor actively participates in developing and implementing individualized goals and treatment plans while tracking progress through assessments to enhance the individual's quality of life. This role involves supervising or assisting individuals with daily activities, ensuring their health and safety needs are met, and facilitating communication with families/Guardians.

A bachelor's degree in rehabilitation counseling or a related field is required, though previous experience working with individuals with complex behavioral or developmental disorders is preferred but not mandatory. Candidates must maintain a valid driver's license and possess proficiency in essential computer applications like outlook and microsoft office.
