Sleep Direct Support Professional

The direct care professional actively assists individuals with daily living plans, ensuring safety, health, and a clean environment while planning, implementing, and documenting programs to meet social, emotional, physical, and personal needs. Responsibilities also include planning community outings, transporting individuals to appointments, and mentoring other staff through observations and feedback.

A bachelor's degree in psychology, sociology, social work, education, or a related field is required, or a high school diploma combined with 12 years of relevant human service experience. Previous experience working with individuals under 21 with complex psychological, emotional, or behavioral disorders is preferred.
