Direct Support Professional

This position involves assisting individuals with developmental disabilities in daily activities, including health, personal management, achieving goals, recreation, and household living. The role also requires maintaining a safe and therapeutic treatment environment to improve functioning and minimize interfering behaviors.

A high school diploma or ged is required, along with a valid ny driver's license. Two years of related experience is preferred, or an associate's degree with one year of experience, alongside a strong passion for helping children and adults with special needs.
