Educator, Clinical Registered Nurse (RN)

The role is responsible for providing educational development to nursing and other clinical staff by acting as an educator, facilitator, change agent, coordinator, and leader within the facility. This involves participating in orientation, delivering learning activities related to competencies and policies, and serving as a consultant and mentor for professional development.

Candidates must possess an associate's or bachelor's degree in nursing and have a minimum of 5 years of clinical experience as an rn, preferably in an acute care setting, including 3 years of training experience. Required certifications include bls & acls from an approved aha center within six months of employment, along with an active tn or compact state rn license.
