Teacher Aide- CARES School

The teacher aide will be responsible for the safety and security of assigned youth by providing direct supervision and ensuring therapeutic interventions are delivered compassionately. Key duties include engaging positively with youth, teaching appropriate behaviors, providing positive reinforcement, and assisting with activities of daily living skills.

Candidates must be at least 21 years old, possess a valid driver's license, and have a high school diploma or ged; a bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred. Previous experience working with individuals under 21 with psychological, emotional, behavioral disorders, or autism spectrum disorders is preferred.
