YMCA Arlington - Child Watch Attendant

The child watch attendant is responsible for supervising children in the ymca program, ensuring their safety and providing an enjoyable childcare experience for members' children. This includes maintaining constant supervision, planning and leading activities, and interacting playfully with the children.

Applicants must be at least 18 years old and preferably have prior experience in child watch settings. Candidates must be able to pass local jurisdiction background checks and effectively communicate with both children and parents while committing to diversity and ymca character development principles.
