YMCA Arlington Day Camp - Junior Camp Counselor

Junior camp counselors will assist counselors in leading groups of campers through the daily y camp program, focusing on creating fun, impactful experiences, and helping campers learn and grow. Responsibilities include implementing activities like music, games, and art, while ensuring a safe and healthy environment for all participants.

Candidates must be at least 16 years old and available to work from the week before camp starts until the final week of the season, covering june through august 2023. Applicants must also be willing to obtain cpr and first aid certification and clear required criminal background checks.
