Bilingual Swim Instructor 1

Instruct basic swim programs according to the bprd learn to swim progression, ensuring the progress, safety, comfort, and enjoyment of participants of all ages and abilities. Responsibilities also include assisting with all swim levels, evaluating participants, completing progress reports, and maintaining required documentation like rosters and attendance sheets.

Candidates must be a minimum of 15 years old, currently attending high school, and bilingual in english and spanish for additional compensation, or possess a satisfactory combination of education, experience, and training. Success requires strong knowledge of swimming as a life skill, child development, and class management, along with the physical ability to perform duties in and out of the water.
