Early Head Start Center Floater

The center floater provides flexible support across classrooms, ensuring a safe, nurturing, and engaging learning environment for children by assisting teachers with daily activities and supervision. This role involves adapting to different age groups, maintaining compliance with head start standards, and supporting routines like meals and hygiene.

A high school diploma or equivalent is required, along with eligibility to enroll in a child development associate (Cda) program or a relevant degree program within 30 days of starting. Preferred qualifications include three months of childcare experience and current cpr/First aid certification.
