Summer Youth Development Specialist

The youth development specialist supports club leadership by delivering an outcome-Driven club experience across various program pillars, including academics, career development, arts, and health, while ensuring the safety and well-Being of youth through interactive activities. Key responsibilities involve planning, implementing, and evaluating assigned programs, managing necessary supplies, tracking member data, and maintaining a safe, positive environment.

A high school diploma or ged is required, with an associate's degree in a related field preferred, alongside some experience working or volunteering with youth. Candidates must demonstrate strong interpersonal skills, adaptability, proficiency in positive youth motivation, and the ability to manage program administration and safety guidelines effectively.
