Long Term Substitute Teacher

The teacher will be responsible for preparing and delivering lessons that align with massachusetts curriculum frameworks and individual student ieps, while also supervising teacher's aides in the classroom. Additionally, the role requires diligently meeting student needs, serving as a positive role model, and completing all required documentation in a timely manner.

Candidates must be at least 21 years old, possess a valid driver's license, and hold a bachelor's degree, along with massachusetts dese licensure or the ability to pursue it. Previous experience working with individuals under 21 with psychological, emotional, behavioral disorders, or autism spectrum disorders is preferred, and attendance at a mandatory 2-Week paid orientation is required.
