Core responsibilities
The clinical educator will coordinate and deliver education to equip nursing staff with necessary skills and knowledge to manage complex patient needs, while teaching and demonstrating proficiency in essential patient care and physical assessment skills. This role involves reinforcing policies, developing service-Line-Specific programs, and collaborating with leadership to design and evaluate unit orientation and educational needs assessments.
Requirements summary
Candidates must have graduated from an accredited school of nursing and hold a bachelor of science in nursing (Bsn), along with a minimum of three years of clinical experience in the area of interest. A current, unrestricted registered nurse (Rn) license and basic cardiac life support (Bcls) certification are required.
