Family Support Worker

The family support worker provides intensive in-Home visiting services to families, developing individual family service plans, setting goals for parent and child development, and conducting weekly educational home visits based on the hfi curriculum. Responsibilities also include administering developmental screenings, offering supportive counseling, and ensuring positive parent-Child interactions.

Candidates must possess a bachelor's degree in a human services related field or equivalent experience (4+ years in a comparable social service position), along with strong written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills. A strong interest in working with teen parents, infants/Toddlers, and providing home-Based services is required.
