Behavior Technician

The behavior technician will teach and nurture behavioral, social, communication, and daily living skills to children with autism in a 1:1 setting, following treatment plans developed by bcbas. Responsibilities also include accurately recording progress in the data collection system and assisting with bcba assessments.

Candidates must be at least 18 years old with a valid driver's license and reliable transportation, possessing consistent availability monday through friday, and a minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent. Obtaining rbt/Cbt certification within 60 days is required, along with the physical ability to bend, lift up to 50 lbs, squat, sit, stand, and/Or run.
