Key Responsibilities Deliver targeted reading and math interventions aligned to student needs Use assessment data to design, monitor, and adjust intervention plans Provide differentiated, engaging instruction to support skill development Collaborate with teachers and instructional leaders to align supports with core instruction Support students within MTSS and IEP frameworks Track and maintain accurate student data and intervention records Communicate student progress regularly with staff and families Maintain a structured, safe, and supportive learning environment Participate in school routines, meetings, and professional development
