Youth dev specialist

This role involves planning, implementing, supervising, and evaluating all programs and activities across core areas like education, athletics, arts & crafts, technology, and games rooms. The specialist must develop healthy relationships with all members while ensuring program quality and member safety.

A high school diploma or equivalent is required, along with two years of demonstrated experience working with youth and families. Strong oral and written communication skills, intermediate computer skills including microsoft office (Word & excel), and the ability to interpret the organization's philosophy are mandatory.
