Youth dev specialist

This role involves planning, implementing, supervising, and evaluating all programs and activities across core areas such as education, athletics, arts, technology, and games, while fostering healthy relationships with all club members. Key tasks include ensuring member safety, providing guidance, initiating creative programs, monitoring achievement against goals, and managing facilities and supplies.

A high school diploma or equivalent is required, along with a minimum of two years of demonstrated experience working with youth and families. Candidates must possess strong oral and written communication skills, intermediate computer proficiency including microsoft office, and the ability to interpret the organization's philosophy.
