Youth dev specialist

This role involves planning, implementing, supervising, and evaluating all programs and activities across core areas such as education, athletics, arts & crafts, technology, and games rooms. The specialist must develop healthy relationships with all members while ensuring program quality and member safety.

A high school diploma or equivalent is required, along with two years of experience working with youth and families, demonstrating a clear ability and interest in youth engagement. Strong oral and written communication skills, intermediate computer skills including microsoft office, and the ability to interpret the organization's philosophy are mandatory.
