Youth dev specialist

The specialist plans, implements, supervises, and evaluates all programs across core areas like education, athletics, and arts, while fostering healthy relationships with all club members. Key tasks include ensuring program safety, providing guidance, initiating creative activities, monitoring goal achievement, and managing facilities and supplies.

A high school diploma or equivalent is required, along with a minimum of two years of experience working with youth and families, demonstrating a clear ability and interest in youth engagement. Strong oral and written communication skills, along with intermediate computer skills in microsoft office, are mandatory.
