Youth dev specialist

The specialist plans, implements, supervises, and evaluates all programs across core areas like education, athletics, and technology, while fostering healthy relationships with all club members. Key tasks include ensuring program safety, providing guidance, initiating creative activities, and monitoring program achievement against set goals.

A high school diploma or equivalent is required, along with a minimum of two years of demonstrated experience working with youth and families. Candidates must possess strong oral and written communication skills and intermediate computer proficiency, including microsoft office.
