Nursing Professional Development Practitioner / RN

The nursing professional development practitioner supports the professional competence and growth of nurses and healthcare personnel by applying the anpd practice model across onboarding, competency management, education, and quality improvement initiatives. Key duties involve delivering continuing education, developing assessment tools, coaching staff on career progression, and promoting evidence-Based practice.

A minimum requirement includes a bachelor of science in nursing (Bsn) and 2 years of clinical nursing experience, along with a valid, unencumbered nursing license approved by the georgia licensing board and bls certification. Preferred qualifications include a master's degree in nursing and prior experience in education, leadership, precepting, or mentorship.
