Core responsibilities

Requirements summary
Basic requirements include being at least 16 years old with an outgoing personality, reliability, and problem-Solving skills, along with current cpr and first aid certifications. Higher levels require increased age, years of experience, and specific aquatic teaching certifications, with all levels needing the ability to actively teach in the water.
