Child Development Specialist

The specialist will work one-On-One with autistic children in their homes or a center to build essential communication, social, and daily living skills through play and relationship-Based interactions. Responsibilities also include tracking progress via session notes and collaborating with supervisors to build clinical confidence.

Candidates must possess a high school diploma or ged and be at least 18 years old, along with a valid driver's license and reliable transportation within a 30-40 minute radius. The role requires the ability to perform physical tasks such as playing on the floor, kneeling, and lifting up to 40 lbs, alongside strong communication skills.
