Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA)

As an occupational therapy assistant, you will implement occupational therapy programs and activities, follow developed recovery plans, and deliver therapy treatments. Your goal is to restore, reinforce, and enhance patients' physical abilities and independence.

Candidates must be graduates of an accredited occupational therapy assistant program and hold initial certification from the national board for certification in occupational therapy. They must also be licensed and/Or eligible for licensure as required in the state of practice.
