1 direct aba treatment to clients to increase skills and decrease problem behaviors, working closely with the supervising bcba to ensure high-Quality service delivery. Responsibilities also include supporting parent/Caregiver training, collecting data, documenting records, and communicating progress to relevant parties.

Requirements summary

Candidates must possess certification as a registered behavior technician (Rbt) and ideally have 1-2 years of experience working with children, along with at least 1 year of aba experience. A valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and the ability to pass a background check are mandatory requirements.
