Core responsibilities
Behavior technicians will work directly with clients, delivering intensive, high-Quality aba interventions as designed by the supervising behavior analyst. Responsibilities include collecting data, documenting client records, and supporting parent/Caregiver training as directed.
Requirements summary
Candidates should ideally have 1-2 years of experience working with children and preferably be pursuing or have obtained a bachelor’s degree in a related field. A valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and the ability to pass a background check are mandatory.
