ECMO Clinical Educator

This role involves assessing, planning, coordinating, implementing, and evaluating education for clinical employees to enhance professional development and improve patient care quality, split between clinical and administrative duties. Responsibilities include managing ongoing healthcare delivery, facilitating new employee onboarding, developing competency management programs, and aligning educational programs with organizational strategy.

Candidates must possess a minimum of three years of pediatric critical care experience, along with either one year as an ecmo advanced technology specialist or three years as an ecmo specialist. Required education includes a bsn or rrt, and licensure as a registered nurse in georgia or a licensed respiratory therapist, along with current bls and pals certifications.
