Emergency Medicine - Physician - Des Moines

The physician will provide clinical coverage across four distinct emergency departments, totaling 1560 hours per year, with shift durations varying between 8, 9, and 12 hours. Additionally, the role involves encouraging and rewarding participation in teaching, scholarly activity, and other non-Clinical activities that advance departmental goals.

Candidates must be board eligible or board certified in emergency medicine (Abem or aobem) and must obtain and maintain an unrestricted license to practice in iowa. Applicants also need the authority to prescribe medications and must be eligible to work in the united states.
