Teachers Aide

The teacher's aide assists the lead and assistant teachers in daily classroom and playground operations, implementing a developmentally appropriate program while ensuring a high quality of education and care for students. Responsibilities also include providing float coverage to various classrooms as needed and assisting the site in multiple capacities like kitchen, classroom, or office support.

Candidates must possess knowledge of infant, toddler, and preschool development, early childhood education, and relevant state standards, preferably with a high school diploma and some college coursework. A minimum of six months of experience working with young children is strongly preferred, along with personal qualifications demonstrating emotional maturity, patience, and flexibility.
