Bilingual English/Spanish Direct Care Professional for DSO 1:1

This role involves providing comprehensive, hands-On direct support to empower individuals in achieving vocational goals and developing daily living skills under the supervision of a department manager. Responsibilities include implementing individualized treatment plans, providing on-Site training, assisting with personal care, and maintaining required documentation.

Candidates must be fully bilingual in english and spanish and possess a high school diploma or equivalent, with an associate's degree strongly preferred. A valid driver's license, good driving record, and completion of required certifications like cpr & first aid are mandatory, with one year of relevant experience being strongly preferred.
