Youth Mentor - Before / After School Enrichment

Responsibilities include finding engaging ways to help children learn while maintaining control and building self-Esteem, implementing and planning developmentally appropriate curriculum using positive reinforcement for behavior management. The role also requires conducting weekly child observations and communicating progress and concerns effectively with parents/Guardians while maintaining confidentiality.

Candidates must have achieved a degree from an accredited college or university in an education or human services related field, along with a minimum of two years (2500 hours) of verified childcare experience. Applicants must also be passionate about working with children and capable of passing all relevant clearances.
