Lifeguard

The lifeguard is responsible for maintaining constant surveillance to ensure customer safety, reporting unsafe activities, and providing immediate emergency care and treatment when necessary. They must also deliver a world-Class experience by ensuring a safe environment for all swimmers.

Candidates must possess a current lifeguard certification and maintain it throughout employment, along with current cpr-Pr, first aid, and aed certifications within 90 days of hire. Additional requirements include the ability to learn curriculum safety aspects within 30 days, work effectively in a team, interact comfortably around water with children and parents, and lift up to 50 lbs while standing for long periods.
