Swim Instructor

Swim instructors are responsible for teaching swimming skills using the safesplash swim school curriculum in a fun and engaging manner while ensuring continuous, positive feedback for students and parents. They must also maintain constant supervision and enforce safety guidelines to ensure swimmer safety at all times.

Candidates must obtain cpr/Aed and first aid for adult, child, and infant certification within 90 days and complete safesplash curriculum training within 30 days, though training is available for the certifications. The role requires the ability to lift up to 50 pounds and comfort working in and around water and with children for extended periods, with prior swim experience being preferred.
