Registered Behavior Technician

Behavior technicians will provide one-On-One specialized treatment using applied behavior analysis (Aba) services to children on the autism spectrum, implementing behavioral plans designed by a board certified behavior analyst (Bcba). Responsibilities also include collecting data to monitor treatment effectiveness and supporting the bcba in training families on plan implementation.

Candidates must possess current/Active rbt certification, access to reliable transportation, and a minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent. Experience working with children with autism spectrum disorder (Asd) is preferred, alongside strong work ethic and communication skills.
