Direct care worker

The role involves maintaining a safe, clean, and caring living environment for residents, which includes preparing meals and participating in various individual and group activities. Staff must also enforce the daily routine by accurately completing necessary documentation and supporting residents' medical, educational, and clinical needs.

A minimum of a high school diploma or ged is required, along with the successful completion of therapeutic crisis intervention (Tci) training, including competency in physical restraints. Prior exposure to working with adolescents and experience in child welfare are desired.
