Early Head Start After-School Teacher

The teacher is responsible for providing responsive care and effective teaching to four children aged 0-36 months by implementing the creative curriculum, ensuring a safe and organized learning environment. Key duties include planning age-Appropriate activities, maintaining required child-To-Teacher ratios, documenting progress, and communicating regularly with parents.

Candidates must possess a minimum of a child development associate (Cda) credential or comparable credential, along with training or coursework focused on infant and toddler development. Additional requirements include completing 45 dcf hours, possessing intermediate computer skills, and the physical ability to lift up to 40 lbs.
