The role involves conducting assessments, creating treatment plans, providing caregiver guidance, and supervising registered behavior technicians and behavior technicians. Responsibilities also include developing and implementing behavior support plans, collecting and analyzing data, and collaborating with a multidisciplinary team.

Candidates must possess an active board certified assistant behavior analyst (Bcaba) certification recognized by the bacb and state, if applicable, along with a bachelor's degree in a related field. Strong communication and leadership skills are necessary, and prior experience as a practicing bcaba is preferred.
