The board certified assistant behavior analyst will be responsible for conducting assessments, creating treatment plans, and providing guidance and support to caregivers and families. This role also involves supervising registered behavior technicians/Behavior technicians and collaborating with a multidisciplinary team.

Candidates must possess an active bcaba certification from the bacb and hold a bachelor's degree in a related field. Strong communication and leadership skills are required, with prior experience as a practicing bcaba being preferred.
