The role involves conducting assessments, creating treatment plans, providing caregiver guidance, and supervising registered behavior technicians/Behavior technicians. Responsibilities also include developing and implementing behavior support plans, collecting and analyzing data, and collaborating with a multidisciplinary team.

Candidates must possess an active board certified assistant behavior analyst (Bcaba) certification and a bachelor's degree in a related field. Strong communication and leadership skills are required, with prior experience as a practicing bcaba being preferred.
