Core responsibilities
The board certified assistant behavior analyst will be responsible for conducting assessments, creating treatment plans, providing caregiver guidance, and supervising registered behavior technicians/Behavior technicians. This role also involves developing and implementing behavior support plans, collecting and analyzing data, and collaborating with a multidisciplinary team.
Requirements summary
Candidates must possess an active bcaba certification recognized by the bacb and state licensing boards, if applicable, along with a bachelor's degree in a related field. Strong communication and leadership skills are required, and prior experience as a practicing bcaba is preferred.
