BCaBA

The board certified assistant behavior analyst (Bcaba) will be responsible for conducting assessments, creating treatment plans, providing caregiver guidance, and supervising registered behavior technicians (Rbts) or behavior technicians (Bts). This role also involves developing and implementing behavior support plans, collecting and analyzing data, and collaborating with a multidisciplinary team.

Candidates must possess an active bcaba certification recognized by the bacb and state (If applicable), along with a bachelor's degree in a related field. Strong communication and leadership skills are required, and prior experience as a practicing bcaba is preferred.
